The '51 Nocaster is a reproduction of a guitar that holds a special place in the Fender history. Between the introduction of the seminal Fender Esquire single-pickup electric solidbody and the timeless Telecaster we know and love today came the "Nocaster" - left without a name due to trademark scuffles. The '51 Nocaster Relic weighing in at only 7lbs 2 ounces is a faithful recreation of what amounts to the first true Tele configuration, including original spec pickups in the bridge and neck positions, a period-correct "U"-shaped neck, and "worn-in" finish.
