1998 Gibson Les Paul Smartwood Exotic Ambay Guasu Natural

While Gibson is known for their classics, they are often known to put a modern take on a classic design. Introducing the Smartwood series from 1998. Smartwood refers to the wood that is being used on this instrument being certified environmentally responsible by the Rainforest Alliance. This particular example features an Ambay Guasu top, mahogany body and neck and a curupay fingerboard and gold hardware. The “pokerchip” and knobs have been replaced but original will be included.
