2003 Fender American Deluxe Fat Stratocaster Black

Looking for a killer strat with some extra mojo? Look no further than this 2003 Fender American Deluxe "Fat" Stratocaster, the last year for this brief but popular run in Fender's history. This model comes all original, with a Fast Action American Deluxe neck with Rosewood board, LSR Roller Nut, Fender American Deluxe Locking Machine Heads, American Deluxe Locking Tremolo, and a trio of Fender noiseless pickups. The neck and middle position have Fender's Hot Noiseless pups in them, while a Fender DH-1 humbucker comes in the bridge position. This example also benefits from an installed "tremol-no" system that offers enhanced tuning stability, while allowing the user to disengage it should they want to utilize the tremolo.

This example has a fair amount of small imperfections on the body, as well as a small chip on the lower right bout - all consistent with a guitar that was used but not abused. The neck and frets are in outstanding condition and allows this guitar to be an incredible player! As we do with all of our inventory, we have fully inspected and set this example up to ensure perfect playing right out of the box for the lucky new owner. This piece ships with a tweed hardshell case.
